Community Engagement
Our public engagement has evolved to a 360-degree approach. We use a fully-integrated process that invites community involvement from the very beginning to implementation. We use a range of tools to solicit feedback on recommendations and conduct interactive discussions with community members.
We routinely “go to” the public in “pop-up” meetings and use digital tools to gather and process the information we get. We have developed and trademarked a unique tool, Digicate®, that makes public participation efficient and provides real-time results. Not only does our approach bring out the best ideas through design and discussion, but it also builds an informed constituency for implementation.
