Today

We continue to build our portfolio of creative and exceptional work thanks to community partners and commitment to strong client relationships. We strive to be thought leaders in our work, taking innovative project approaches that build on a strong foundation of planning and design.

Vireo’s Kansas City office moved to its current location 10th and Walnut from its previous location in the Rivermarket.

2012

Robin Fordyce joined the ownership team, following the leadership of her mother, Patti. She leads the Omaha office and manages many office-wide operations, while pursuing creative and notable projects at many scales.

2012

Patti Banks Associates and Community ReDesigned, an Omaha-based landscape architecture and planning firm led by Dave Ciaccio, combined capabilities to become Vireo. With a refined vision, the firm continues work based on the principles of environmental stewardship, placemaking, and community building.

Craig Rhodes joined the ownership team, committing himself quality assurance on all projects.

2005

Linda deFlon joined the ownership team, overseeing the firm’s financial operations.

2001

Steve Rhoades joined the ownership team with a focus on community involvement, local leadership, and client service.

2000

Patti Banks set out to provide sustainable landscape architecture and planning solutions for the simple reason it was the right thing to do – for our communities, for the environment and for our clients.
