This project presented an opportunity for renewed growth in Pleasant Valley and the Village of Claycomo. Vireo guided stakeholders through interactive exercises to understand current conditions, establish a sustainability goals, and lay the groundwork for future development.

The vision for the area is to create a multimodal transit corridor that is safe, walkable, attractive and a catalyst for gains in employment and sustainable development.
