Vireo worked with the City and the Metropolitan Area Planning Agency (MAPA) to strategize for inclusive economic development in the North Omaha Village. Vireo led a multi-disciplined team to engage the Village’s N. 24th Street corridor community, crafting a housing-focused development strategy supported by a “places for people” approach to multimodal transportation and urban design, and honoring local history and cultures.
