Grander Vision Regional Plan

Grand Island & Hall County, Nebraska

Community members from five cities worked together to develop the first ever regional-wide vision for Hall County, Nebraska: The Grander Vision. The document is the culmination of more than a year of community conversations and meetings. Vireo led stakeholder and community engagement for the initiative as part of the consultant team and in coordination with the City of Grand Island and Hall County, facilitating focus group discussions, holding community events, assisting with steering committee meetings, creating the Make It Grander card game, and managing social media to engage the diverse perspectives that make up the Hall County region.
