Building from the Forever North Plan (a housing market and multimodal transportation strategy) the City partnered with Habitat for Humanity to redevelop one of Forever North’s former historic streetcar nodes. Vireo provided 3D models of future development scenarios for public review and discussion. Each scenario includes plan and perspective views, housing quantities, and retail square footages, based on the proposed transit-oriented development zoning district, market research, and the transect-inspired 3D model of the planning area.
